This book must provide a firm understanding of Psychology and Anthropometric characteristic between successful and unsuccessful Volleyball players and reach valid conclusion in case of aggression, height, leg length, sitting height and three subscales of mental toughness namely visual/imagery control, motivational level and attitude control. The hypothesis was rejected in case of four subscales of mental toughness namely self-confidence, negative energy control, attention control and positive energy control and reach valid conclusion to improve the physical fitness. This book learns about the psychology and anthropometric characteristic to optimize the body's psychological and physical fitness to recover and rebuilt, resulting in better performance in field Volleyball players. In this book necessary data was collected by administering selected psychology and anthropometric characteristic namely; mental toughness, aggression, height, sitting height and leg length.
