Autorenporträt
Geoffrey Haddock is Professor of Social Psychology at Cardiff University. His primary area of research is the psychology of attitudes. Within this area, he has a number of research interests, including the role of affective and cognitive processes in attitudes, the consequences of possessing strong versus weak attitudes and how individual differences influence attitude processes. He is also interested in applied domains such as prejudice, political psychology, and health behaviour. Gregory Maio is a Professor of Social Psychology at Cardiff University. He is interested in social values (e.g., equality, freedom, helpfulness), attitudes and emotional processes. His principal interests at the moment are projects examining psychological connections between values and behaviour (including the adoption of a healthy lifestyle and environmentally sustainable behaviour) and adult mental representations of children.
