Irina Bondarevskaya is an Associate Professor, scientific correspondent of G.S. Kostyuk Institute of Psychology. Author and co-author of more than 30 research papers and a monograph "Gender Identity of Female Managers". Eugen Iordanescu is a Professor of Lucian Blaga University of Sibiu.
