In our social context we experience as a difficulty the lack of adequate vocational guidance in our students close to finishing school, because of this we propose this reliable instrument for the implementation, application and monitoring of the same, since we propose that each person has different skills that is acquired in the course of his life, in fact we seek that they can believe in their ability and succeed through the ideal development in terms of their knowledge, skills and attitudes that they may possess.(Bandura, 1986; cited by Jara, Olivera and Yerrén, 2018), mentions that, human behavior is linked to intrinsic and extrinsic factors. On the other hand, the person will be knowing and evaluating himself by the acts that he will exercise; likewise, the actions of these will not be oriented to the desires and thoughts of other people. Thus, we can infer that the cognitive functions of man, such as intelligence, can be conceptualized as a broad and immeasurable field basedon the development achieved by the person.
