He is a licensed psychologist and clinical counselor in the state of Ohio, where his areas of specialization are mood disorders, anxiety disorders, religious and spiritual problems, and substance abuse. Dr. Ingersoll is author or co-author of seven books and over two dozen journal articles and book chapters. His areas of publication are psychopharmacology, spirituality, and psychopathology. He lives in Kent, Ohio.
