The study assessed motivational needs (need for power, need for achievement, and need for affiliation) as predictors of divorce proneness among career women in Osun State; examined the relationship between marital satisfaction and divorce proneness among career women in the State; and assessed the relationship between personal income and divorce proneness among career women in the State. It also ascertained the relationship between educational attainment and divorce proneness among career women in the State. These were with a view to provide information on psycho-social factors that determined divorce proneness among career women in the State Primary data were used for the study. The study population consisted of career women in Osun State. The multi - stage sampling procedure was used to select the sample. In the first stage, one Local Government Area (LGA) was selected from each of the three senatorial districts using random sampling technique.
