Armelle Le Pape Voirin hat einen Master in Wirtschaftsrecht und einen Master 2 in Arbeitsrecht. Seit 1989 arbeitet sie im Bereich Personalwesen. Sie hat miterlebt, wie die Arbeitswelt immer individueller wurde und sich das Leiden am Arbeitsplatz ausbreitete.
