Psychosocial risks are a major issue for companies today. We hear the word "burn out" much more than we used to, to describe the overwork that employees suffer. But it's not just burn out, it's also stress and harassment, which are more prevalent or perhaps more widely publicised these days. The challenge was to understand the factors inherent in these psychosocial risks, in a sector with a reputation for being difficult. These factors can be both professional and personal. We tried to identify trends through interviews and we tried to provide companies with tools to improve the prevention of these risks.
