Produktbeschreibung
Public Acquisition comes at a time when society, more attentive to the functioning of the State, is calling for public services capable of promoting with quality the return of tax collection, taxes and contributions legally established. More than ever the need to unite economicity with efficiency in meeting demands, and the availability of ideas, knowledge and projects that can be applied, and actors trained to act. The work addresses the way a public organization articulates itself, or how it is thought out by its managers, in order to account for its strategic objectives or to achieve what it proposes. Specifically, the research focuses on the nature of its processes, prioritizing a part of them, perhaps one of the most critical, those that concern how the supply to and within the organization is thought and processed. For this, this book is based on the BPM (Business Processes Management) cycle, optimization and modeling techniques that make it possible to simulate the desired future state and the measurement of process performance.
