Dr. Khalifa is a lecturer of Political Science at Suez Canal University and Visiting Fellow in University of Lincoln UK, School of Social and Political Sciences, his research interests lie in public administration. In 2013 he was awarded his PhD degree by Suez Canal University, under the supervision of University of Lincoln and Professor Hugh Boch
