It's a book on Public and Private Procurement Practices in Bangladesh. It's all about the investigation of Quality Procurement practices in both private and public agencies in Bangladesh. Quality procurement and its sustainability are the utmost desires for all organizations. In this study, it has been attempted to understand the scenario of three strategic tools to reach and implement quality procurement. The objectives of the research have been drawn to know and compare the effectiveness of procurement practices in Bangladesh Betar and Grameenphone Limited, to assess the scenario of good governance practices, and finally to make feasible to sustain quality procurement practices in both organizations. In this study, both the quantitative as well as qualitative investigating techniques were conducted. The major analysis has been covered by the quantitative explaining tools. In the quantitative methods of analysis, data are analysed by mean values with standard deviation, correlation, and regression tools. It was also observed that the status of Grameenphone Limited was better than Bangladesh Betar in all aspects, hence private agency is one step ahead in the arena to practice quality procurement.
