Mr. Megersa Negera has obtained his BA degree in Political Science and International Relations in July 2005 and since then working as a College Instructor under Ministry of Agriculture. In January 2014 he has obtained MA Degree in Governance and Development Studies with specialization in Governance from Hawassa University.
