During the year 2022, it is gradually returning to face-to-face education. Public education in Peru, Ecuador and Mexico have many difficulties such as the minimum level of reading proficiency, children who are out of the classroom due to the technological gap, better management and decision making by political leaders on educational issues, greater investment per student, integration of indigenous, Afro-descendant, rural or vulnerable students, strengthening the teachers' union, improving educational infrastructure, supporting inclusive education, guaranteeing quality education, active and permanent participation of educational actors are needed.
