Samira Rahat Mohana was born on 15 September 1989 in Bangladesh. She is a young Advocate in Bangladesh. She has completed her Bachelor of Laws(LLB) and Master of Laws (LLM)from University of Dhaka.Present book is made on her research paper on Administrative Law during her Master of Laws program.
