The second chapter goes into the Movice (Movement of Victims of State Crimes), its background in becoming a movement, its objectives and the process in which a victim becomes a political subject through the tools that the Movice has generated for the reconstruction of truth, justice and reparation. The chapter focuses on the position of the subject in the moment of the use of individual memory and historical memory.Finally, the movement of victims of State Crimes is analyzed from the different theories of the main authors such as Tarrow, McAdam, Tilly, and Melucci.
