Julius John Achanya hails from Okpokwu Local Government Area of Benue State, Nigeria. He graduated from the Department of Political Science, University of Jos,(Second Class Upper Division. He also obtained his M.Sc.(Public Admin) from the Benue State University,where he is presently a Part-Time lecturer.
