The main objective of this research project is to introduce the importance of private and public partnership as one of the keys for the development of the society and the economical part of a country. This partnership has become an important focus of the developed countries. For this reason a lot of governments are giving importance to this aspect in order to go successfully toward globalization world.Todays world is characterized by dinamism, speed and complexity, that is why the public sector, government and local power should cooperate with each other in active way ,in order to have social and economic development. By having this in mind there are some questions that normally may arise: -Which is the role of local authorities and government? -Does any barrier exist between free market and open competition? -Which is the public interest in today's world? -Does it exist only the power or it is focused totally toward consumers need and wants? -What is right and what is legal? Based on these points I have presented in this project the importance of these features and how Albania is improving them in order to go in the straight line with the world today.
