Muhiya Tshombe Lukamba is professor of public management and administration at North-West University. Thekiso Molokwane is senior lecturer of public administration in the Department of Political and Administrative Studies at the University of Botswana and extraordinary professor of public administration at North-West University. Alex Nduhura is senior consultant and head of the Department of Procurement, Logistics and Marketing in the School of Business and Management at the Uganda Management Institute. Innocent Nuwagaba is a consultant at the East and Southern African Management Institute (ESAMI).
