Nasser Keita ist Wirtschaftswissenschaftler und hat an der Universität Gaston Berger in Saint-Louis(Senegal) einen Doktortitel (PhD nouveau régime) erworben. Er ist seit 2016 Mitglied der Association internationale des économistes de langue française (AIELF) und unterrichtet mehrere wirtschaftswissenschaftliche Disziplinen an Universitäten. Er ist .
