L'autore è il Prof. Dr. Robert KIKIDI MBOSO KAMA, che ha conseguito un dottorato di ricerca in Sanità Pubblica, orientamento economico-sanitario, Management specializzato in appalti pubblici e il 3° ciclo in Sociologia politica e Criminologia, docente universitario (UPN, Marien Nguabi di Brazzaville) e direttore presso l'ARMP-Primature-RDC.
