The operational performance within the context of electricity sub sector parastatals is concerned with effectiveness, efficiency, quality of service, customer lead times, and delivery dependability in the discharge of their respective mandates. However, the discharge of operational performance is dependent on the availability of key equipment, resources and technologies within the required timelines and quality.
