Dr. Md. Sohel Hasan,Son of Md. Abdul Gafur (Late) and Ambia Khatun was born in Jessore, Bangladesh in 1979. He is now working as Associate Professor, Department of Biochemistry and Molecular Biology, University of Rajshahi, Bangladesh, who obtained Ph.D degree from the International Graduate School of Bioscience and Department of System Biochemistry, Institute of Physiological Chemistry, Ruhr-University Bochum, Germany. He is very brilliant and secured First Class First position in both B.Sc.(Hons)and M.Sc.(Thesis) examination from Rajshahi University and Later on joined as a lecturer in the same dept.He also awarded Master of Philosophy Degree from I.B.Sc, R.U. Dr. Hasan has been awarded gold medal for his excellent result in B. Sc (Hons) examination from Rajshahi University and also got many national and International scholarships for his previous academic achievements. He is now continuing his research in the field of Molecular and Biomedical health science and already published 19 research articles in the International journals. Dr. Hasan is a proud father of a son and a daughter as well as a husband of a lovely wife.
