Dr. Francis Mundia Mwangi (PhD) is specialized in exercise physiology and sports biomechanics, and is currently working as a lecturer in the department of Recreation Management & Exercise Science, Kenyatta University, Kenya. He has over twenty years' experience in teaching and research in the field of physical education and sports science.
