Pulpotomy is a standard procedure to amputate the inflamed and infected dental coronal pulp tissue and is undertaken when coronal pulp tissues are exposed. For pulpotomy, there are several agents that have been used, but amongst them the most accepted as well as most commonly used agents are Mineral Trioxide Aggregate (MTA) and Formocresol. It always has been a controversial topic as to which agent among these is better. So this book exclusively deals in depth about them, and compares them in all aspects.
