Hilary Mukwenda Tusiime holds a PhD in Educational Planning, Administration and Management; and is currently a lecturer at the University of Kyambogo, Kampala. He has taught courses in Economics of Education,Educational Policy, Planning, Administration and Project Management to graduate and undergraduate students for period close to a decade.
