Jill Thomas was raised in a quaint town in central Oregon. She comes from a large family and is the youngest of seven children. Jill currently resides in Southern California with her husband, two sons, two lively dogs, and horses. Living in such a vibrant and diverse location has offered her further inspiration for her storytelling. Her childhood experiences and passion for the outdoors have influenced her work, making her books engaging and relate well to children, as well as adults.Jill is an avid equestrian and has been riding horses for most of her life. Her passion for the outdoors might reflect in her books, adding an authentic touch to the adventures and experiences her characters encounter. Spending time with family is of utmost importance to Jill and she cherishes every moment. Her sons have taught her the most valuable lesson of all - to never forget her inner child.
