Corporate trainer Michael J. Pearsall is an expert in adult learning, leadership coaching, and employee engagement. A self-described "flow-junkie," he's taught over 7,000 workers and 6,000 leaders in the high-pressure insurance industry how to find intrinsic motivation in the pursuit of mastery. Michael speaks at national conferences on topics of leadership, brain science, and adult learning, and holds a Master's Degree in History from the University of Massachusetts-Boston. He lives in the Philadelphia area with his wife and son.
