Professor Dr. Parimal Chandra Biswas arbeitet seit September 2015 an der Adamas University, Kolkata, Indien. Er ist Dekan für Studentenangelegenheiten und internationale Beziehungen sowie Professor an der School of Management der Adamas-Universität. Er hat ein Jahrzehnt lang für den UNHCR, HIAS und andere internationale Organisationen gearbeitet.
