Put'n Hot-sauce, Don't Make it Cajun is a book of recipes developed by me, Patrice. Born and raised in Louisiana. A well known pastime of mine is cooking and eating Cajun/Creole food. It is only natural that the family tradition of cooking is handed down from generation to generation. Cajun/Creole cooking is known to take extended amounts of preparation time, but I have put together some quick shortcuts for some of my favorite Louisiana dishes. Enjoy!
