Therefore, an outgrowing research has been done in pharmacotherapy of Schizophrenia disorder but research into effective herbal treatments for Schizophrenia disorder has just started. And we found worthwhile to investigate the efficacy of Pyrus communis juice in the management of psychosis disorder. Therefore, this project was undertaken to investigate antipsychotic potential of Pear fruit in small laboratory animals because of its nutrients, minerals and vitamins.
