These tests often imply that they feel somewhat threatened by humanity's potential, but are intrigued by it as well. The Q have appeared in episodes of Star Trek: The Next Generation, Star Trek: Deep Space Nine, and Star Trek: Voyager. One of the Q is known as Quinn to the Voyager crew.
