He was born of famous qadi's family of Naushera, Soon Valley. He was the eldest son of Khan Sahib Qazi Zafar Hussain.He was a descendant of Hazrat Ali Ibn Abi Talib, the fourth caliph of Islam from Al-Abbas ibn Ali.
