Frank Blaney is a Certified Qigong and Tai Chi Instructor training organizations globally for over 15 years in the principles of easy Self-Care and Qigong. He holds a Master's Degree in Negotiation, Conflict Resolution, and Peacebuilding and a Bachelor's Degree in Intercultural Studies. Frank earned a 2nd Degree Black Belt in Jujitsu and teaches women's and men's practical self-defense/violence prevention classes. He shares his passion for health, inner-peace, and community peace in urban Los Angeles communities, numerous countries in Africa, and in Europe. His clients include corporations, community organizations, NGO's, and select individual students. Frank utilizes principals of simplicity and brevity to make Qigong accessible to everyone, especially BUSY people!
