Quality Assurance led by learner is the best way to ensure the conduciveness of learning environment, specially the teaching-learning process. Each learner is unique and differs on their perceptions and needs , though emerging through the same environment. The final aim of all education processes is to ensure every learner is competent product and meets the standards, as society cannot afford to discarded or waste them, unlike a typical industrial one. Learners being an intelligent product can decide if the key objectives of learning environment are identified and meets the benchmark. They can indicate the quality failures; preservations, sustenances and enhancements of such objectives in teaching-learning process. Academic Appraisal program is a tool towards creating and nurturing learner centric quality assurance system. It is by, for and of them; assuming the role of safe guarding the teaching-learning process zealously.
