Chapter two captures the literature review under which various issues related to education and in particular SNE are discussed. In chapter three the research methodology is explained. The research design, the study population, research sample, sampling techniques and instruments are given. Chapter four encompasses data analysis and gives an over view of the findings of the study. Figures and frequency tables are used to summarize and illustrate the findings of the study. Finally chapter five gives the summary of research findings, conclusions and recommendations.

David Kunusia is an experienced teacher in the area of Special Needs Education and Kiswahili. Studied for a B.ED in Special Needs Education at Maseno University and an M.ED in Educational Planning and Management at MMUST. He is a National Examiner in Special Needs Education and currently employed by the Teachers Service Commission, Kenya.
