The researcher has developed a self constructed tool by identifying 12 dimensions of quality consciousness which are Tangibles,Reliability,Responsiveness,Assurance, Empathy,Commitment,Competence,Communication, Customer Satisfaction,Participative Management, Cultural Transformation & Continuous Improvement.
