Golf is the sport with the greatest tourist, economic and social impact in the world. This has led to the need for sports managers to adapt to the demands of the sector and its evolution, which is why they need specific tools to be applied in the context of golf. This research aims to measure the quality of Andalusian golf courses, according to the opinion of their users and workers (manager and greenkeeper), using different tools and scales of measurement. In addition, the services provided are analysed. For this purpose, three different studies were carried out, each with its own methodology and specific procedures, where 652 users from 17 golf courses in Andalusia were surveyed, based on a questionnaire adapted from the Customer service quality survey, Golf Course de Crilley, Murray, Howat, March and Adamson (2002). Two other studies were also carried out using ad hoc structured questionnaires in 24 golf clubs in Andalusia.
