This unique research consists of three different sections (1-sensory evaluation i.e. color, taste, shape etc, 2-Analysis of the nutritional components of melon cubes 3-Increasing shelf life by retarding microbial activities of melon cubes). These venues have been explored by utilizing different trajectories.

Ahmad Zia Akhtar Recieved his Master degree in early 2012 from KPK Agricultural University Peshawar. Mr. Akhtar worked with different national and international Organizations where he was responsible for food handling, processing and preservation. Currently Mr. Akhtar is working as Food Security and Nutrition Advisor at a National Organization.
