Sara Melo, PhD is a Lecturer in Management at Queen's University Management School in Belfast. Previously she worked as a Research Fellow and Project Manager at Trinity College Dublin and as a Teaching Fellow at The York Management School, University of York where she received her PhD in Management. Her research interests include healthcare management, innovation, organisational learning. Prof Matthias Beck, PhD (MIT) MArch MUP (Kansas) FRSA is chair in Public Sector Management at the Queen's University Management School in Belfast. His research interests are in the areas of Risk, State-Business relationships, and the Political Economy of Management more generally. Previously he was chair in Public Sector Management at the University of York, UK.
