She holds a PhD diploma in Quality Management from 2009,IMW. Clausthal Germany and North University of Baia Mare, Romania. She is the author of more than 14 books and over 78 journal articles in the field of quality.She work focuses on the analysis of quality in different applications fields and to establish a cross cultural model in management.
