This can only be realized by upholding the spirit of innovation, overhauling traditional pedagogies to reform the way the nursing workforce is educated and sustaining the philosophy of quality and excellence. This strategic initiative perpetuates the context of nursing in the Philippines to continuously transcend as instrument in the deliverance of quality nursing education both at national and international academic community.

A nurse, teacher & midwife, who has been continuously establishing his credence through pursuance of advanced studies in nursing education. Currently, a student in Walden University for Doctor of Philosophy in Healthcare Administration. A professor in undergraduate and graduate studies in the Philippines and Ethiopia.
