The trajectory of the process of democratization of education, in the sense of guaranteeing equal opportunities of access to education corresponds to a long path, with various contours that are identified with different contexts of systemic development.The quality of education, therefore, is perceived as a dimension or state of systemic action and as a construction of the systemic subjects. Since the Education System in Mozambique is a constellation of challenges and its innovative potential is still incipient, any reconstructive proposal is, in the first instance, a utopia.
