This work aimed to analyze the quality of life of Comfrio Company's employees, from the perception of its functional body. Such research was characterized as a case study, of the exploratory and descriptive type, using the bibliographical research and documentary research as research techniques, and the simple observation and interview as instruments for data collection. The analysis of the data was based on the qualitative approach, based on the following variables of quality of life analyzed: fair and adequate compensation, working conditions, autonomy and information about the work process, opportunities for personal growth and career, social integration, labor rights and freedom of expression, stability of schedules and leisure, image of the organization. The answers showed a satisfactory quality of life in the company, however some improvement actions are recommended, since the employees are the source of great importance for the organization, and they are responsible for being, many times, its true agents of change.
