Quality of Life is a state of individual's well being that gives freedom, efficiency and efficacy to bring optimum satisfaction in one's life. It has been observed that quality of life is interrelated and interdependent with different aspects of quality of work life, nature of job, employee personality, stress and burnout and strategies of management etc. Few studies have been focused to assess the quality of life through various outcomes. However, it was evident that no studies have been found to examine the quality of life in business process outsourcing (BPO) employees, primarily with the influence of burnout experience in different kinds of BPO's with varied types of work. The present study is mainly aimed to examine the influence of burnout and personality on Quality of life among Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) employees. It is aimed to examine the nature of Quality of Life in each personality groups of burnout experience. For this purpose, a total of 422 BPO [Call Center (CC), Medical Transcription (MT) and Software Development (SD)] employees were randomly participated.
