To reverse this situation through designing and implementing targeted and innovative programs, conducting an in -depth study which focus on the service quality perception and level of satisfaction of the beneficiaries on the programs designed for them is what the prevailing situation demands. Accordingly,this book presents a study which was conducted on the service quality perception and level of satisfaction of Oromia AIDS Resource Center youth beneficiaries.
