Despite the fact that HIV/AIDS prevention and control programs have been intensifying over the last decade, studies which focus on assessing the views and perceptions of beneficiaries about the quality and the level of satisfaction they have on the services designed for them are largely ignored. In effect, misunderstanding of the target community's needs, service quality perception and level of satisfaction has led to an underutilization of the existing HIV/AIDS services and it has also hindered the overall achievement of the desired behavioral change. To reverse this situation through designing and implementing targeted and innovative programs, conducting an in -depth study which focus on the service quality perception and level of satisfaction of the beneficiaries on the programs designed for them is what the prevailing situation demands. Accordingly, this book presents a study which was conducted on the service quality perception and level of satisfaction of Oromia AIDS Resource Center youth beneficiaries.
