Several steps of the project are: 1) Study of P&ID, PFD, Operating Instructions, risk analysis reports, accident reports and other record information in order to identification of potential risks (In the case of the explosion of liquefied gas), using HAZID technique 2) Using Event tree analysis (ETA), to define scenarios for each of the identified risks and determine the probability of their occurrence 3) Use of available information sources to determine the reproducibility of each scenario 4) Simulation of defined scenarios, modeling and evaluate their outcomes using the PHAST software Finally, mortality rate was calculated by probity equation and PHAST software was applied in order to consequence modeling.
