Dr. Olusegun Akinpelu hat in Stadt- und Regionalplanung promoviert. Seine Forschungsschwerpunkte liegen in den Bereichen Abfallwirtschaft, Umweltwahrnehmung und Wohnungsbau. Er hat eine Reihe von Veröffentlichungen im In- und Ausland vorzuweisen. Derzeit lehrt er an der Bells University of Technology, Ota, Nigeria.
