David Ferry is Regents' Professor Emeritus in the School of Electrical, Computer, and Energy Engineering, at Arizona State University. His research involves quantum physics, particularly with regard to the quantum-to-classical transition, two-dimensional materials, and quantum transport in semiconductor device structures.
