In his critical reasoning of what he has described as "macroshift" Laszlo presents four phases of the shift process: The Trigger Phase, The Transformation Phase, The critical / chaotic phase where he lays emphasis on the three Cs (Communication, consciousness and connections) and the breakdown phase .
