Scott Bieser was born in Colorado and is a cartoonist who has produced 10 graphic novels, several comic-books, created art for computer games, and currently paints book covers and draws caricatures for private parties while continuing his work on the QUANTUM VIBE web-comic series. He currently lives in the Houston, Texas area with his disabled son, two dogs and a partially-domesticated cougar.
